Expo International to host five fashion events in summer 2019

The fashion events business Expo International will host five fashion shopping events this summer around Mumbai including two editions of The Trousseau Trunk and one of the Marwari Shopping Fiesta.

The first fashion festival on Expo International’s summer calendar is Flea by the Sea at Blue Sea Worli in Mumbai. The public shopping event has a focus on resort wear and summer clothing and will feature a range of brands in the bridge-to-luxury segment.

The Marwari Shopping Fiesta will take place at Bhatiawadi Ghatkopar on July 12 and will have a similar flavour to Flea By The Sea with a focus on women’s fashion. This will be the second Marwari event of the year after Expo International held an edition in spring. The event will feature product categories including ethnic and western wear, children’s wear, accessories, jewellery, footwear, and home décor.

Expo International will present two separate editions of its bridal fashion themed shopping event The Trousseau Trunk. The business to customer event aims to be a one-stop-shop for trousseau shopping with bridal and occasion wear, jewellery, accessories, and gift items on offer from a number of designers. The first edition will take place on July 31 at The Club Andheri and the second will take place on August 5 at Blue Sea Worli. 

Finally, August 21 will see The Festive Trunk take place at Blue Sea Worli. The event focuses on women’s occasion wear for what will be the upcoming autumn festive season. Gift items and themed accessories will also be on sale.
