Estée Lauder partners with Nykaa for season two of ‘Beauty & You’

The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) has partnered with Indian beauty retailer Nykaa for the second edition of ‘Beauty & You’ program to support the next generation of Indian beauty brands.

The application process for the program which supports India-focused companies, entrepreneurs, innovators, creators is currently underway, and the winners will be announced in November.

Commenting on the initiative, Shana Randhava, senior vice president of New Incubation Ventures at ELC in a statement said, “With a higher degree of consumer awareness than ever and an influx of options unlike anything that the market has seen, India represents an exciting opportunity for the global beauty ecosystem. Building on the success of last year’s program, we expanded the scope and scale by increasing the award categories to invite a broader group.”

Anchit Nayar, executive director & CEO at Nykaa Beauty added, “Nykaa and The Estée Lauder Companies were born out of an entrepreneurial vision. The opportunity to give back to the vibrant Indian entrepreneurial ecosystem makes Beauty & You a truly special program.”

The 2022 debut of the program saw participation by over 300 brands across categories like skin care, hair care, fragrance, and colour cosmetics.
