EPCH to hold IFJAS 2020 in July

The Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts will hold the 13th edition of its Indian Fashion Jewellery and Accessories Show in July, 2020, at the India Expo Centre and Mart in Delhi-NCR.

The upcoming edition of the EPCH’s trade show will showcase jewellery and accessories brands from across India. The event aims to help them to widen their distribution network, meet international buyers, and discuss current industry trends. 

IFJAS’s 2019 edition took place from July 4 to 6 this year and reported generating Rs 145 crore ($21.8 million) worth of business enquiries. The event welcomed 504 international buyers, up from 472 in 2018. Over 250 Indian exporters, manufacturers, and entrepreneurs participated and networked with international companies. 

Participating countries included Mexico, Russia, Japan, France, Brazil, and Nigeria among others. The 12th edition of the trade show reported a strong turn-out from CIS countries including Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, and Kyrgyzstan. 

The event is organised by the EPCH as part of its work to promote Indian handicrafts exports. The upcoming edition of IFJAS will take place on July 22, 2020, its venue the India Expo Centre and Mart posted on its website. However, the EPCH has the event listed from July 29 to 31 on its official website.
