The Reclaimed Tote presented a collection of whimsical bags and intricately crafted accessories at Ensemble, allowing Mumbai shoppers to get to know the up-and-coming brand. The Reclaimed Tote mixes heritage craft techniques traditionally created by artisans from the Dalit community, with modern designs and innovative styling.

“The Reclaimed Tote finally shines a spotlight on the artistry of the Dalit community,” Ensemble’s founder, Tina Tahiliani Parikh, wrote on the boutique’s Facebook page.

“Ensemble is proud to provide a platform to a collaboration that furthers inclusivity and sustainability in the Indian fashion industry.”

Ensemble runs a number of boutiques in Mumbai in Kemps Corner, Khan Market, Kala Ghoda, and Santacruz, as well as a boutique in the DLF Emporio mall in New Delhi.

Tina Tahiliani Parikh first launched the boutique over 30 years ago and the chain of stores retails brands including Tarun Tahiliani, Torani, Sunaina Khera, and Akaaro, among others.
