Eina Ahluwalia holds pop-ups at Good Earth stores

Jewellery designer Eina Ahluwalia will hold a pop-up shopping event at the multi-brand boutique Good Earth’s Mumbai store on April 20 to showcase her new festive collection.

The brand recently showcased its latest collection at the Good Earth store in Bengaluru from April 13 to 14 and will take its jewellery line’s festive collection to Mumbai this weekend for a festive showcase. The pop-up store will give Mumbai shoppers a chance to see the Kolkata-based brand and meet its design team.

Ahluwalia’s latest collection is inspired by nature, the sun, and the moon. Floral motifs such as lotuses are crafted from gold and sit above waterfalls of pearls. Filigree motifs create large yet detailed statement pieces and Islamic-inspired design adds a traditional element. The collection focuses on earrings and necklaces and Ahluwalia wrote on her social media that it was inspired by her desire be focus on “being” rather than “doing”.

Eina Ahluwalia founded her eponymous brand in 2003 and describes her worth as a form of social activism as her themes revolve around feminism, spirituality, and tolerance. The brand retails from its own e-commerce store as well as multi-brand online platforms and has a studio in Kolkata.
