The Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts will host its second IHGF Delhi Fair trade show of the year from October 16 to 20 at the India Expo Centre in Greater Noida to facilitate business to business networking for fashion and handicrafts businesses.

The trade show aims to promote Indian handicraft exports and invites international buyers, retailers, and wholesalers to forge connections with Indian businesses. Some of the product categories that will feature at the fair include handmade jewellery, textiles, gift items, homeware, accessories, and woven items.

The event describes itself as the “world’s largest handicrafts fair”. Following the autumn edition of the fair, the EPCH has already announced that the spring edition will take place from April 15 to 19, 2020.

In March, the EPCH was awarded the Exhibition Excellence Award in the category “Top Make in India Supporting Show” for its IHGF Delhi Fair.

The EPCH was founded in 1986 as a non-profit organisation to promote and support handicrafts exports from India. The organisation runs trade shows in both India and abroad and works with government ministries such as the Ministry of Textiles on export promotion activities. The EPCH also recently hosted the Indian Fashion, Jewellery, and Accessories trade show in Delhi.
