The EPCH will bring a select number of Indian businesses retailing product categories including textiles, accessories, home décor, and design goods among others to Index Home in Dubai next month. Around 91 countries are expected to participate in the business to business event which will provide networking opportunities that will allow participating businesses to increase their exports to the Middle East.

The Ministry of Commerce and Industry will subsidise the costs for certain businesses under its Market Access Initiative scheme. MAI funding is now only accessible to businesses for a total of three separate events.

Index International Fair is a trade show organised by DMG Events that describes itself as “the Middle East’s largest interior design show”. The event expects to bring together over 50,000 designers, architects, and hoteliers to network with over 1,200 suppliers and brands from across the world, according to the event’s website.

As well as  brand stalls, a number of interactive events will also take place over the course of the trade show such as the Design Talks panel. Alongside Index Home, five other trade shows will also take place concurrently with access open to all for Index attendees. These comprise Workspace, FIM, Surface Design, The Hotel Show, and The Leisure Show.
