Dun & Bradstreet presents Hari Krishna Exports with ESG Leadership Award

Diamond business Hari Krishna Exports has been awarded the Environmental, Social and Governance award in the environment and climate impact category by global business information provider Dun & Bradstreet. The award recognises the business’ environmental work. 

“This prestigious award is a testament to our commitment to sustainability and creating a positive impact on the environment,” the business announced on Facebook. The award was presented at the recent Dun & Bradstreet ESG Leadership Awards, 2023.
 
“This award validates our efforts to prioritise sustainability and environmental stewardship in our business operations,” said Hari Krishna Exports’ founder and managing director Ghanshyam Dholakia, the Gem and Jewellery Export Promotion Council reported on its website. “We remain committed to upholding the highest standards in ESG performance and continuing to make a positive impact on our environment and society.”

Hari Krishna Exports’ philanthropic arm the Dholakia Foundation was also awarded the Water Sustainability Award 2022-23 for the category 'Protect and Restore Community Water Resources' by The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI), the business announced on March 23. The award recognises its work to promote sustainable water management practices in the community
 
Hari Krishna Exports was established in 1992 as a diamond manufacturing company. The business is based in Mumbai and uses eco-friendly facilities.
