One of the world's largest shoe stores, Level Shoe District in Dubai, is teaming up with some of the biggest names in footwear fashion on a capsule bridal collection.

The store has named Nicholas Kirkwood, Aquazzura, Dsquared2, Gianvito Rossi, Paul Andrew, Rupert Sanderson, Sophia Webster and Aennis Eunis as the designers set to update 20 of their iconic shoe designs into limited-edition bridal versions for the collection.

Set to hit the shelves  in March, the collection features Nicholas Kirkwood's "Arabian Pearl Kaleidoscope Sandal" decorated with 600 half Arabian pearls as its showpiece, which, according to Kirkwood was designed for "the adventurous woman". Other notable designs include the elaborate "Janina Bridal Feather Sandal" by Dsquared2, comprising a delicate combination of ribbons and plumes, and the diaphanous mesh court "Numa Pump" by Rupert Sanderson.

"After countless requests for bridal styles in the store, we reached out to our key designers to discuss creating the perfect Bridal collection for the modern bride," says Alberto Oliveros, Head Buyer at the store. "We worked closely with the designers to develop this carefully curated capsule collection fit for the many personalities of today's bride. Level has a shoe for every bride; the cool, the sexy, the elegant, the flamboyant, the edgy, the brave and the traditional bride."

Lucky brides-to-be will receive an on-site foot massage as part of the luxury fitting service, with each pair of shoes delivered in a monogrammed silk dust bag with a special note from the designer.

At 96,000 square feet (about 8919 square meters), Level Shoe District, located in Dubai Mall, is one of the most iconic shoe design spots in the world.
