Doodlage collaborates with Studio Beej for accessories line

Sustainable fashion brand Doodlage has collaborated with vegan leather accessories brand Studio Beej to launch a collaborative accessories line. 

Doodlage, a brand known for its textile upcycling and sustainable production practices, has joined forces with Studio Beej to launch a capsule line of handbags made from cork. The minimalist style bags in the line include a large tote, a laptop bag, cross body bag, and briefcase among others. 
 
The collection will launch on Doodlage’s dedicated e-commerce store soon, the brand announced on Facebook. The bags are designed to be functional, ethical, and versatile. 

Prior to the collaboration, Doodlage had an accessories line made using fabric scraps and handloom textiles among other materials. The brand also retails an array of clothing, accessories, and lifestyle items on its dedicated e-commerce store as well as in a number of multi-brand boutiques.  
 
Beej is a brand which specialises in handbags and accessories made from vegan leather alternatives. In May this year, the brand became the first in India to launch a handbag made from plastic -free leather alternative Mirum. The brand teamed up with Mirum’s manufacturer Natural Fibre Welding to launch an ‘Era’ monochrome shoulder bag.
