The Doodlage x Harago collaborative collection was planned and created with artisans working from home, Doodlage shared on Facebook. Handwoven fabrics, including Lungis handwoven in Tamil Nadu, have been made to create a range of button-down shirts, shirts, and trousers, bringing together the two brands’ styles and shared dedication to sustainability.

The collection is utilitarian in its tailoring but features a number of brightly coloured weaves including checks, stripes, and graphic floral block-prints. Designed and produced in the midst of the pandemic, the line is designed to function as work from home wear, said Doodlage.

The collection was photographed by Parab Sidhesh for the launch and is now available to purchase on Doodlage’s dedicated e-commerce store.

Kriti Tula and Paras Arora launched Doodlage with the aim of creating a sustainable fashion brand and reducing fabric waste. The brand is known for its use of upcycled fabrics and relaxed, gender neutral aesthetic.

Harsh Agarwal launched Harago with a similar goal. The brand retails through its Instagram page and works with clients to create bespoke handloom pieces.
