Dizo to manufacture products in India with Optiemus
Dizo has partnered with Optiemus Electronics to manufacture goods for its Indian customers inside India itself. The wearable technology brand plans to have Optiemus domestically manufacture smartwatches and audio wearables for the label.
The brand has already begun manufacturing its ‘Dizo Watch D’ in India, ET Bureau reported. Optiemus operates a manufacturing plant in Noida and has collaborated with numerous consumer technology brands including Oppo, Jio, Noise, and One Plus among others. The collaboration is designed to boost Dizo’s presence in the Indian market.
“From selling out products within minutes of first sale to reaching a 1 million customer base in just five months from inception to being rated as one of the top five smartwatch brands and fastest growing brands in audio wearables, our journey has been nothing less than a dream come true,” said Dizo India’s CEO Abhilash Panda, Indo-Asian News Service reported. “Our alliance with Optiemus Electronics only supports our commitment towards India and the Indian customers.”
Dizo retails a range of over 30 products ranging from smartphone accessories and smartwatches to hairdryers and beard trimmers among others. The brand retails from over 490 service centres located in over 460 Indian cities.
