Dishis Jewels aims for Rs 2 crore revenue this fiscal

Dishis Jewels witnessed a 30% increase in sales in the 2022 financial year thanks to post-pandemic recovery and the brand’s expansion. The online jewellery brand expects for its revenue to continue to rise to reach Rs 2 crore by the end of the 2023 financial year in March.

In the 2022 financial year, the business’ revenue stood at Rs 50 lakh and showed signs of continued growth, India Retailing reported. The business more than doubled its employee base to include over 50 craftspeople and this also enabled it to increase production.  
 
“The belief that exclusivity does not mean expensive nor should it be restricted to the upper class, propelled the concept of Dishis Jewellers,” said brand founder Dishi Somani, Indian retailer bureau reported. “The objective was to design exquisite jewellery for women from all walks of life, irrespective of their income, as elegance and style is for everybody.”  

The brand is also eyeing international expansion in the Japanese market and a continued expansion of its strategic partnerships. Dishis Jewels retails gold and diamond jewellery in a range of lightweight modern and traditional designs.
 
 
Dishi Somani launched Dishis Jewels in 2015 in New Delhi as an online jewellery brand. To date, the brand has create over 5,000 jewellery designs and retails from its dedicated e-commerce store as well as online platforms including Etsy, Ajio, Nykaa, and Amazon
