Diesel opens first India 'Red & White' store in Hyderabad

Diesel has opened its first ‘Red & White’ store in India in Hyderabad’s Banjara Hills. The premium fashion and lifestyle brand’s new two-storey store measures 4,193 square feet and launched with a star studded preview party. 

On December 2, Diesel held an exclusive preview at its new Hyderabad store, the brand announced in a press release. The preview party featured celebrity guests including Akshan Ugale, Viraj and Vishwajit Reddy, Rummy Azad Mahendra, Dharani Reddy, Sharath Reddy, Rohit Reddy, Shaaz Mehmood, Ananya Simlai, and Manjula Narsa among others. 
 
The new store then opened its doors to the public on December 3 and is named ‘Red & White’ as its design focuses on Diesel’s core brand colours. Under the creative direction of Glenn Martens, the store pays homage to Diesel’s brand DNA and is designed to showcase the brand’s products in a modern way. 

The store has a large digital façade which is designed to immediately denote to the shopper that they are entering an immersive retail experience, according to Diesel. The space is inspired by Diesel’s ‘For Successful Living’ brand slogan and shoppers can find a wide range of denim, clothing, and accessories for men and women. 
 
The store launch on Saturday also marked the launch of Diesel’s first official athleisure collection named ‘Diesel Sport’. Part of the brand’s autumn/ winter 2022 collection, the line features garments including compression shorts, sports bras, bodysuits, sweats, hoodies, and t-shirts with a retro inspired aesthetic.
