Diamond exporter Hari Krishna marks 29th anniversary with blood donation drive

Diamond exporter Hari Krishna Exports commemorated its 29th anniversary with a two-day blood donation drive in Mumbai.

The blood donation drive took place at The Capital, BKC in Mumbai from July 2 to 3 and collected a total of 357 units of blood, the Gem and Jewellery Export Promotion Council announced on its website. The event was attended by chief guest, Mumbai West’s additional police commissioner, crime branch, Sandip Karnik and executives from the State Bank of India. The company has held a blood donation drive every year for numerous years and has to date collected a total of 11,509 units of blood.
 
The event was accompanied by an online meeting on Zoom and Youtube which saw the business’ founder and managing director Ghanshyam Dholakia share his insight into upcoming trends in the diamond industry. Dholakia also shared an analysis of the market over the past five years based on Hari Krishna Exports’ research and development findings.

“As we complete 29 years of togetherness as HK Family, we want to say thank you,” announced Hari Krishna Exports on Facebook to mark its anniversary. “Thank you to all our employees for your dedication, thank you to all our customers for your faith in us, thank you to all our stakeholders for your support.”
