Diamond brand Venus launches ‘Look and Feel’ videos for high value diamonds
Diamond business Venus Jewel has launched a new ‘Look & Feel Video’ service on its website to offer diamond buyers the chance to better inspect their purchases and have more confidence purchasing online.
As fine jewellery and e-commerce continues to grow in India, Venus Jewel is developing new solutions to boost consumer confidence in the sector. The brand’s new Look & Feel videos showcase the business’ larger ticket diamonds from ‘Front Hand’ view, ‘Back Hand’ view and a ‘Tweezer’ view to give an idea of how the diamond reflects the light, the Gem and Jewellery Export Promotion Council reported on its website.
“We noticed that our customers like to feel the size and shine of their diamonds in natural daylight when purchasing,” said Venus Jewel partner Devansh Shah, the GJEPC reported. “Many of them would prefer to physically view the diamond themselves to assess the same or request for someone to view it on their behalf. Now, while buying Venus Jewel diamonds online from anywhere in the world, our customers can use the Look & Feel Videos feature and feel like they inspected the piece personally. We work hard to ensure an assured and confident buying experience for all our customers which is why we are the first company in the diamond industry to offer this Look & Feel Video feature online.”
Venus Jewel first conducted months of research and development followed by trials to create its video format. The imaging team at Venus Jewel also underwent months of training to aptly capture the videos, according to the business.
