Womenswear and costume designer Neeta Lulla has been invited to join global film association The Academy's voting body for 2020 for her work on costumes for the films ‘Devdas’ and ‘Jodhaa Akbar’ among others.
The US-based Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has named Lulla, along with 13 other international costume designers, as a member for 2020, Lulla announced on Facebook. Known for her eponymous brand and bridal wear designs, Neeta Lulla has also worked in costume design, primarily in Bollywood, for the past three decades.
