Design One holds festive edition in Mumbai

The fashion and lifestyle exhibition Design One held a Diwali-themed edition at Mumbai’s Turf Club from October 3 to 4 and showcased a range of Indian designers’ festive collections for a business to customer audience.

The fashion exhibition featured a wide range of womenswear ranging from traditional to fusion wear designs with a special focus on occasion wear for the festive season. Featured clothing brands included Soup by Sougat Paul, Shades of India, Punit Balana, Myra by Anju Narain, Gopi Vaid, Asal by Abu Sandeep, Payal Singhal, SVA, and Ekadi among others. 

The event also featured a number of jewellery brands including Begani Jewels, Bespoke Home Jewels, Parina International, Outhouse, House of Rose, Gehna Jewellers, P.C. Totuka and Sons, and Birdhichand Ghanshyamdas Jewellers among others. Footwear was provided by Metro Shoes, Inochhi, and Stoffa and handbags by Quilt Avenue. Other featured product categories included personal care, home décor, food products, and gift items. 

Design One is a recurring fashion exhibition that has held editions in New Delhi, Mumbai, and Dubai. The event was launched in September 2009 as an initiative of the charity the Sahachari Foundation as part of its fundraising activities.
