Danish fashion group Besteller, owner of brands such as Jack & Jones and Vero Moda, is looking to expand into the Latin American market. The company announced on Thursday a partnership agreement with international operator Logifashion, which will manage the group’s operations across the region from a base in Panamá.

The company had already arrived in Mexico, Chile and Peru, while it plans to enter Panama, Brazil and Paraguay in 2016. Including these new markets, Besteller hopes to reach 300 stores in Latin America by the end of next year.

Logifashion will receive and store Besteller’s merchandise, as well as adapt its labelling and packaging to meet government conditions of each target market and dispatch it.

The fashion group is also ready to relocate its Spanish office to Málaga from Torremolinos, according to the Spanish newspaper El Mundo.

Besteller is one of the world’s largest lifestyle and fashion distributors, with sales of over $3 billion and more than 10,000 stores in Euope, Asia and the US.
