Delhi’s Sadar Bazaar goes online with e-commerce platform
Delhi’s oldest market Sadar Bazaar has gone online with the launch of its new marketplace ‘Sadar24’ with Masonic Ecom Private Limited.
The e-commerce platform aims to take Sadar Bazaar to customers across the city and help traders sell online through the platform.
The website will sell products across various categories such as sports, fashion jewellery, watches, eyewear, cosmetics, and more.
Commenting on the launch of Sadar24, Nitin Goel, founder of Masonic Ecom, in a statement said: “We have developed this platform with a vision that takes the hand of the traditional trading and joins it with the modern-day e-commerce, a place where the traders up-skill themselves and on the consumer front, they enjoy the benefit of the old-world charm of these traditional markets with the convenience of today’s online shopping experience.
“Our aim is to provide a 24x7 experience to the buyers, available throughout the country where instead of them reaching out to the marketplace, the marketplace reaches out to them. The online marketplace looks forward to overcoming the physical barriers of a traditional marketplace.”
Sadar Bazaar is the one of largest wholesale markets in Delhi, India.
