The business-to-business event’s ninth edition aims to create networking opportunities for businesses in multiple sectors of the jewellery industry including traders, manufacturers, retailers, wholesalers, and designers, it announced on Facebook. The trade show will encourage dialogue on upcoming jewellery design and manufacturing trends and aims to help boost sales ahead of the festive season.

The trade show will feature a mix of traditional and western style jewellery with precious gems and diamonds. The event is also coordinating with the Bureau of Indian Standards to promote mandatory hallmarking on gold jewellery and offer information and guidance on the process.

Jewellery brands participating in the event include Dazzling Diamonds and Jagrut Jewels, among around 250 others, the event announced on Facebook. The fair will feature over 10,000 jewellery designs and describes itself as “North India’s biggest business-to-business jewellery exhibition”.

The trade show has been holding a number of roadshows across India to encourage business participation. At its most recent roadshow in Lucknow, Informa Markets reported “overwhelming support” and thanked all participating businesses.
