De Kulture enters brick-and-mortar market with three new stores in Bengaluru

De Kulture has stepped into brick-and-mortar retail in Bengaluru and opened three stores in the city. The lifestyle and accessories brand’s new stores are located in Whitefield, HSR Layout, and Sadashivnagar.

De Kulture’s new store in Bengaluru’s Whitefield is located in Phoenix Market City mall, the brand announced on Facebook. The HSR Layout, and Sadashivnagar stores are both located in bustling shopping areas of the city. 
 
Following its Bengaluru launch, De Kulture plans on expanding into Mumbai and Delhi, as well as other metros. To fuel its expansion, the business plans to raise around Rs 100 crore in funding, Indian Retailer Bureau reported. 

De Kulture retails over 800 products in categories spanning fashion accessories, homeware, music, stationery, and kitchen and dining among others. The brand aims to celebrate Indian heritage crafts and culture through its products. 
 
“Dekulture was born out of a desire to combine traditional craftsmanship with modern luxury to create the perfect blend of style and quality,” said De Kulture’s managing director Sambhav Bohra, Indian Retailer Bureau reported. “While we have been exporting to various countries so far, we have now entered offline stores to leverage our product offering, broaden our customer reach and offer a complete retail experience. We also plan to expand our stores in Delhi, Mumbai, and other metro cities and are in discussions to raise around Rs 100 crore for our expansion.”
