D2C Ecommerce partners with personal care brand Luxura Sciences

Multi-brand e-commerce platform D2C Ecommerce has acquired personal care brand ‘Luxura Sciences’ to strengthen its brand portfolio in the personal care and beauty segment.

Through this acquisition, D2C Ecommerce will invest to diversify Luxura Sciences product portfolio and plans to enter global markets including the US, the UK, Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Europe.

Commenting on the acquisition, Manish Gupta CEO founder of D2C Ecommerce in a statement said, “This partnership gives us an opportunity of entering the fast-growing personal care and beauty segment. Consumers are increasingly preferring new-age natural personal products. With Luxura Sciences research-based products, we are confident of catering to various consumer needs in the beauty segment and scale the business to newer heights by leveraging our existing capabilities.”

Mohd Suaid Ahmed, founder of Luxura Sciences added, “By partnering with D2C Ecommerce, we can now cater to a wider audience both in India and overseas as well as introduce new innovative products.”

Luxura Sciences was established in 2018 and offers Ayurveda-based personal care products. Currently, the brand has over 100 personal care products listed across various e-commerce platforms.
