Cushman & Wakefield renovate Hungary's largest mall in Budapest

Arena Plaza is the largest shopping center in Hungary, with 65,000 square meters of retail space housing 200 brands. Cushman & Wakefield has announced a strategic transformation of the property, including bringing in more major foreign brands.


The renovation mainly involves some thirty stores, such as a 600-square-meter Massimo Duty flagship, a 250-square-meter Yoshi concept store and an expansion of the H&M store to 2,500 square meters.

With 250 offices in sixty countries, Cushman & Wakefield has 16,000 employees worldwide, including 200 in Paris. The company advises and supports its customers through a range of integrated services in logistics, office and of course, commercial real estate.
