Cosmoprof returns to India for trade show in Mumbai this June

Cosmoprof will return to Mumbai with a trade show from June 12 to 14 after making its India debut with a “preview edition” last year. The June edition of the international beauty show will take place at a new location, the Bombay Convention and Exhibition Center.

“Our preview edition registered 3,898 visitors and 107 exhibitors,” the trade show wrote on its social media. “Get ready for our first edition at the Bombay Convention and Exhibition Center, June 12th-14th, 2019.”

The trade show offers a chance for international beauty brands to network before entering India’s booming beauty market. Cosmoprof has announced that the June event will host ten international pavilions and welcome over 120 exhibitors from 12 countries. Live product demonstrations and shows will be held at the Cosmoprof Onstage exhibit and brand networking will be facilitated during the event.

The “preview edition” of the trade show organised by Bologna Fiere took place at the Sahara Star Hotel in Mumbai and saw participants from 15 countries. The trade show has also taken place in Bologna, Las Vegas, and Hong Kong. In India, Bologna Fiere has teamed with UBM India to host the trade show.
