Colorbar offers online makeup classes during extended lockdown

Makeup brand Colorbar has launched online makeup classes to keep customers engaged during extended lockdown and is also asking its supporters to create their own tutorials for the brand. 

 
Colorbar is encouraging its customers to study makeup artistry during lockdown with both certified and informal online courses available, the brand announced on Facebook. As many people have less off a need to wear lots of makeup during lockdown, encouraging customers to improve their makeup skills at home is a way to keep them engaged and using makeup products.
 
“Stay at home and improve your makeup skills with Colorbar Makeup Academy’s Online Makeup Masterclasses,” Colorbar announced on Facebook on May 30.

“Get certified from the comfort of your home with our one on one makeup courses conducted by our academy trainers.”
 
The brand has also asked its supporters to create tutorials to be featured on its social media pages with the chance to win prizes, it announced on Facebook on June 1. Colorbar has already released a number of tutorials on its Facebook page with tips for doing makeup during lockdown such as a makeup look completed without makeup brushes. 
 
The brand is currently promoting its skincare range on its social media accounts such as on Facebook. As extended lockdown continues, many beauty brands are pushing their ‘essential’ products as the need for occasion makeup diminishes as most consumers stay home.
