The lingerie brand Clovia has opened its tenth store in the capital located at Rajouri Garden.

Clovia is expanding with an omni-channel strategy - Reliance Retail Ventures acquires majority stake in Clovia

The new Clovia store carries the brand’s range of lingerie, shape-wear, and sleepwear as well as its festive and bridal collections. Clovia produces a range of inner wear designed to be worn with traditional wear and the store carries garments such as shape-wear petticoats to be worn under sarees.

Clovia is also currently expanding its direct selling programme where individual partners can sign up to sell products for the label with a 15 percent commission. The brand trains sellers on its lingerie and provides them with a product which has allowed the brand to reach new customer demographics and opened up non-metro areas.

According to Clovia’s website, it gets over 50,000 unique visits a day and sells a product every five seconds. The brand describes itself as the “fastest growing online lingerie shopping brand in India”.

Clovia is a brand of Purple Panda Fashions Private Limited and counts Ivy Cap Ventures and Zurich-based firm Mountain Partners AG as its backers. The lingerie brand retails from its dedicated e-commerce store as well as brick-and-mortar retail outlets. The brand is also currently expanding in Nepal.
