Cifonelli signs Maharaja Padmanabh Singh as its brand ambassador
French luxury menswear brand Cifonelli has signed Maharaja Padmanabh Singh of Jaipur as its global brand ambassador.
Commenting on the association with Padmanabh Singh, Erwan Camphuis, CEO of Cifonelli, said: “India has a vast and rich tailoring culture and history which is also acknowledged across the world. His Highness Padmanabh Singh is an epitome of tailored fashion in India.”
Cifonelli Creative Director John Vizzone added: “Creating a line for His Highness has been a pleasure for us as we share a common passion for customisation, precision, and emotional connect.”
Cifonelli is based in Paris and was founded in Rome in 1880. The brand specialises in bespoke, made to measure, and ready to wear clothing and accessories in the luxury market. The brand is currently run by cousins Lorenzo and Massimo Cifonelli who have been at the helm of the company for the last 20 years.
Cifonelli entered in the Indian market last year through a partnership with Mumbai based retailer Vault Luxury.
