Chumbak reopens Thane store
Accessories, home furnishings, and home textiles business Chumbak has reopened its store in Thane. Located on the first floor of the Viviana Mall, the reopened store is designed to elevate Chumbak’s customer experience in the city.
“We are excited to have reopened our doors at Viviana mall with a bigger and better experience for our consumers,” said Chumbak’s co-founder Vivek Prabhakar about the relaunch in a press release on June 1. “Viviana Mall is the preferred lifestyle shopping destination in Thane, and we’re looking forward to a great partnership to provide our customers with the best retail experience.”
The newly reopened store features a large soft furnishings selection including throws, rugs, cushions, and other textile products. The store also houses accessories, home décor, kitchenware, and souvenirs among other goods.
“The Chumbak store is your go-to spot for all your gifting needs from souvenirs, and collectibles for your NRI [non-resident Indian] friends to amazing dining gift sets for friends and family who love to host,” announced the brand in a press release.
Chumbak is a globally inspired lifestyle brand which designs its products in India and is inspired by Indian heritage design, with a pop art twist. The brand’s name means ‘magnet’ in Sanskrit and it was established by Vivek and Shubhra Prabhakar in Bengaluru in 2010. Chumbak retails from its exclusive brand outlets across India and its dedicated e-commerce store.
