Club Factory is currently running a number of India-specific promotions including free shipping for the country. As items ship from China, they have a delivery time of around 12 days and the business is working on a returns policy that allows customers to ship unwanted items back to warehouses or use a reverse pick-up service.

The business recently invested heavily in its Indian marketing efforts by appointing the Bollywood celebrities Ranveer Singh and Manushi Chhillar as brand ambassadors for the country. In July this year, the brand reported that it was the most-downloaded app in the shopping category in India.

Moving forward, the business is working on using AI technology and big data to ameliorate its supply chain and recommend products to users. The technology currently allows customers to compare prices across various manufacturers in real-time.

Club Factory was launched in 2014 by Aaron Jialun Li and Vincent Lou and is based in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China. The brand has an international presence in countries including China, the US, Europe, and Southeast Asia. The brand retails fast fashion clothing, accessories, jewellery, bags, home décor, and beauty products priced in the value section of the market.
