Celio launches new campaign with Indian football team captain Sunil Chhetri
French menswear brand Celio has signed Indian football team captain Sunil Chhetri for its latest brand campaign in India. The campaign will see Chettri endorse the latest menswear collection by Celio through digital, outdoor, and in-store activation.
The AW2020 collection includes shirts, jackets, and water-resistant denims. It is expected to soon hit Celio stores across the country, as well as the retailer's official website.
Commenting on this association, Sunil Chhetri, in a statement said: “I am delighted to be associated with a brand that I absolutely love. Celio has always been part of my wardrobe for as long as I can remember. For me, fashion needs to be comfortable yet trendy and that’s what I found consistent with every collection of Celio’s.”
Abhishek Shetty, chief marketing officer at Celio India, added: “We at Celio are very happy to have Sunil Chettri on board for our latest campaign. His sense of style and charismatic personality resonates perfectly with the brand and hence we are thrilled to collaborate with him. Celio is based in France and entered the Indian market over a decade ago. The brand retails through branded outlets across India and specialises in men’s casual wear.
