Casio G-Shock partners with IPL team Rajasthan Royals

Casio’s G-Shock range of watches has partnered with the Indian Premier League (IPL) team Rajasthan Royals as its official toughness partner.

With this association, Casio expects to expand its customer base and make deeper inroads in the market with the fan base of Rajasthan Royals coupled with the popularity of the IPL.
 
The partnership will also see custom-designed limited-edition G-Shocks for Rajasthan Royals be a part of official player equipment and fan merchandise going forward.

Commenting on the partnership, Kulbhushan Seth, vice president at Casio India, in a statement said: “Rajasthan Royals is a resilient and tough team and this partnership opens up a unique opportunity for both brands to further inspire and drive the never give up attitude amongst a larger section of youth who actively follow cricket and are G-shock lovers.”
