Caratlane partners with Wesence to enhance customer experience

Tanishq-owned omni-channel jeweller Caratlane has partnered with technology firm Wesence AI to enhance its customer experience across its stores in India.

With this partnership, Caratlane will use Wesence proprietary AI-powered video analytics product to get detailed and accurate insights across its 80 stores in India.
 
Wesence as the name suggests will sense the mood of the customers visiting the stores and provide useful insights to the brand. Caratlane will use this feedback to create marketing campaigns to boost sales at its stores in the future.

Commenting on the development, Atul Sinha senior vice president retail, Caratlane, in a statement said: “As a brand that has multiple retail stores across the country, CaratLane has always been focused on acquiring accurate footfall data to enhance the customer experience. By using the cameras and other available resources at our stores, wesence.ai provides us with real-time data, which helps us make better decisions regarding inventory, staffing, and promotions.”

Caratlane is one of India’s leading omni-channel jewellery retailers with over 80 stores and plans to further strengthen its retail footprint across India by opening ten more stores, as it aims to close the current fiscal year with a store count of 90.
