Cantabil Retail expands offline presence with 5 new stores

Apparel manufacturer and retailer Cantabil Retail India Ltd has strengthened its retail presence with the addition of 5 new exclusive brand outlets.

The new stores have been opened in different states, including Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, Maharashtra, and Uttar Pradesh.

Cantabil intends to make significant investments on expansion this year with focus on tier 2, 3 cities. Going forward, the company plans to open stores in West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Bihar, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and several of the North-eastern states.

Commenting on the expansion, Deepak Bansal, director at Cantabil Retail India Ltd in a statement said, “We are thrilled to announce the opening of the new Cantabil retail outlets across North and West India. Over the years, tier 2, 3 cities have given us a tremendous response, making expansion plans easy and viable for the company.”

“There is a significant increase in awareness about fashion trends amongst the people in smaller towns and cities, and hence we see immense potential in these markets for our expansion,” he added.

Founded in 1989, Cantabil Retail India is in the business of manufacturing and retailing of apparel, accessories under the brand name Cantabil. It retails through its offline stores and marketplaces like Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart, Amazon, among others.
