CMAI to hold second CMAI FAB show in Mumbai

From September 19 to 21, the Clothing Manufacturers Association of India will hold its second CMAI FAB Show at the Jio World Convention Centre in Bandra East, Mumbai. The business-to-business event will showcase garment and textile producers from across India. 

Participation in the trade show is exclusively open to members of the CMAI, the traders’ body announced on its website. Featured product categories at the event will include ready made garments, garment manufacturing machinery, textiles, software providers for garment businesses, suiting businesses, buttons, and trims among others. 
 
The event will feature three fashion shows on September 19 and 20 to present the latest trends in textiles on the runway, the CMAI announced on Facebook. The CMAI event is designed to facilitate networking between manufacturers and buyers, wholesalers, retailers, and other related businesses as well as to showcase industry trends for the upcoming season. 

Brands scheduled to participate in the trade show include Supriya Silk Mills Private Limited, RK Sewing Machines, Rajhans Synthetics, Jayeshkumar Rasiklal and Co, Century Fabrics Private Limited, Top Man International Limited, Softcon Business Solutions, Mahendra Mohan and Co, Somnath Fabrics, Anox Lifestyle Co, Shree Sacha Textile LLP, and Unique Button House among others. The trade show supports the government’s ‘Make in India’ campaign to increase domestic production, according to the CMAI.
