Eurobrand has unveiled its world ranking of the most valuable brands. Below these three American giants are big names like P&G, LVMH, Unilever and Amazon.

Among the notable developments as compared with last year’s ranking: Nike has tumbled from 35th to the 61th place, while Facebook rose from 73rd to 53rd.

As for luxury, while LVMH has maintained its rank, Dior has made solid progress, rising from 91st to 73rd spot. Also noteworthy: H&M’s sharp rise, going from 95th to 78th, and Inditex (Zara), rising from 90th to 79th.

Eurobrand also ranks brands by continents in terms of consumption. In Europe, it appears that the French luxury giant LVMH has held its lead, while Unilever has risen to 5th.

In the North American ranking, those who dominated at the world level are logically at the top. The hygiene products giant P&G (Procter&Gamble) came in at 7th.

In Asia, the ranking shows no surprises. It’s largely composed of automotive and high-tech companies.
