Bodice to showcase sustainable collection at Lakme Fashion Week

Fashion designer Ruchika Sachdeva’s label ‘Bodice’ will showcase its sustainability focused spring-summer ’23 collection with Rise Worldwide at the Lakme Fashion Week X FDCI.

The collection will be showcased on Sustainable Fashion Day (SFD), on 9th March. It will include asymmetrical tent tops with tie-up, pleated shirt dresses, and flared out trousers.

Commenting on the show, Jaspreet Chandok, head Rise fashion and lifestyle in a statement said, “Over the years, we have seen Ruchika grow in the Indian fashion industry. It is our absolute pleasure to present her 2023 range in collaboration with Rise Worldwide. Like most of her presentations, we are sure that this one too will be unique, thought-provoking, and par excellence.”

Ruchika Sachdeva added, “It’s always been an honour to showcase at Lakmé Fashion Week in partnership with FDCI. This season is especially important to Bodice because we are launching our spring-summer ’23 collection in collaboration with one of India’s largest lifestyle companies – Rise Worldwide. Audiences viewing the showcase can expect the collection to be an extension of archetypal Bodice pieces, reimagined for a playful summer.”

The Lakmé Fashion Week x FDCI will be held from March 9 to 12 at the Jio World Garden, Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai.
