The new store located at the Phoenix Market City in Pune was inaugurated by Meenal Sujit Thipse, Mrs India (Panache) 2018.

Bluestone will continue with its offline expansion and plans to add another 100 stores by December 2020.

Commenting on the expansion, Gaurav Singh Kushwaha, founder and CEO of Bluestone, said: “The launch of this store is a significant milestone in the growth of the company. A store is a precious touch-point where the customers build trust with a brand. We aim to strategically establish various stores to offer buyers an immersive jewellery browsing and buying experience.

“These stores make for convenient point-of-contacts between our brand and customers, which goes a long way in building credibility. We have had eleven successful launch stories so far in our saga of expanding our offline footprint all across the country."

Launched in 2011, Bluestone is one of India's largest omni-channel jewellery companies. It is targeting revenue of Rs 1,000 crore ($140 million) in FY19 and expects to achieve profitability around the same time.
