Blissclub names Shikha Gupta as creative director, Pamela Lee as vice president product

Women’s activewear brand Blissclub has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Shikha Gupta as creative director and Pamela Lee as vice president product.

Shikha Gupta joins Blissclub after a brief stint at Slice- one of India’s leading fintech start-ups while Lee joins the brand from Lululemon Athletica where she worked in various leadership roles.

In her new role, Gupta will lead the creative team at Blissclub while Lee will be responsible for the product and manufacturing strategy of the brand.

Commenting on the appointment, Shikha Gupta in a statement said, “Blissclub’s vision to enable women to discover the joy of movement is something I relate to on so many levels that I can’t believe I get paid to be a part of it. On a serious note, it’s rare for a brand so young to have a brand team so mature, so it’s exciting days ahead. I’m hoping that by the end of the year to come, the brand is the most celebrated and the brand team the most envied in India.”

Commenting on her new role, Pamela Lee said, “Blissclub’s mission is inspiring. I’m beyond excited to be a part of this world-class team, building beautiful and functional products that surprise and delight our community of women.”

Founded in 2020 by Minu Margeret, Blissclub claims to have a customer base of over 2 lakh women in India with an annual recurring revenue of Rs 100 crore ($12.1 million).
