Biba partners with Gyftr to strengthen its online presence
Women’s ethnic wear brand Biba has partnered with Gyftr (Vouchagram) to enter the e-gifting space in India, as it looks to enhance visibility and strengthen its customer base across India. The e-gift vouchers ranging from Rs 250 ($4) to Rs 5,000 will only be redeemable online.
As part of the partnership, Biba will also get access to Gyftr’s brand listings across top online catalogues, seamless gifting options, and 24x7 customer support.
Commenting on the association, Arvind Prabhakar co-founder and CEO at Gyftr, in a statement said: “The demand for ethnic wear in India has been increasing exponentially, with more and more women adding premium apparel from top brands to their wardrobes. Our partnership with Biba, one of the most celebrated ethnic wear brands, considerably expands our presence in this space.”
“The association will also allow Biba to access our end-to-end digital gifting ecosystem and offer its services to a much wider online audience. We are confident that women across India will thoroughly enjoy the added value that seamless e-gift voucher redemption provides while shopping for Biba products, further boosting our business growth,” he added.
Biba launched in 1988 and retails ethnic and fusion womenswear, accessories, and girl's wear. The brand retails from exclusive-brand outlets in around 100 Indian cities and its dedicated e-commerce store.
