Biba launches new workwear line

Biba has launched a new workwear line to offer practical, craft inspired garments for the office. The ethnic wear and lifestyle brand’s new line ‘Biba Werk It’ has launched in stores and online. 

“Tired of wearing blazers to work? Here are some cool office-cum-shoot outfits to work freely and comfortably while on the go,” announced Biba on Facebook on February 28. “We've created a new and exciting line of office wear with trendy designs and stylish patterns. For more office wear options, visit our store or biba.in.”
 
The line features blazers in traditional textiles, loose yet streamline kurta sets, and tunics. By keeping the colour palette blues and neutrals, the collection gives a professional feel but remains clearly identifiable as inspired by traditional desi clothing. 

Biba began as an ethnic wear brand and has diversified its product offering in recent years to launch sleepwear and athleisure lines, driven by evolving consumer trends. With its latest launch, the brand is responding to many women returning to the office after the pandemic and looking for clothing which is more relaxed and individualistic compared to what they previously wore. 
 
As well as expanding its product selection, Biba has recently been opening brick-and-mortar stores across India at a swift pace. Recent store openings include in Dehradun, Agra, Noida, Raipur, and Gurgaon among others.
