Despite the Covid-19 pandemic and economic slowdown, Biba sees huge growth potential in the fashion market in India and plans to further strengthen its retail presence by opening new stores across the country.

The new flagship store in Vasant Kunj spreads across 3,500 square feet and is Biba’s 290th store in the country. The store will house Biba’s latest collections across various segments like apparel, footwear, jewellery, face masks, among others.

Commenting on the expansion, Siddharath Bindra, managing director at Biba, in a statement said: “We are delighted to launch the new store design with this flagship store in Vasant Kunj. This store has been designed by Fitch, creating unique experiences while bearing the brand’s signature in mind.”

“It is the brand’s commitment to the Indian market that we have been able to spread our wings across the country during the pandemic. We are thankful to our customers for placing their trust and confidence in Biba, and I am quite hopeful that customers will visit the store and enjoy shopping with us,” added Bindra.

Alongside its pan-India network of stores, Biba also retails from its dedicated e-commerce store.
