Beauty brand Heart of Shades raises funds at a valuation of Rs 4 crore
Luxury beauty cosmetics start up Heart of Shades (HOS) has raised an undisclosed amount from multiple angel investors and high net-worth individuals in a pre-seed funding round at a valuation of Rs 4 crore ($4,86,026).
The Bengaluru-based start-up will utilise the funds for scaling its market reach, top line production, cutting edge technology development, and brand building activities.
Commenting on the funding, Niharika Dolui, CEO co-founder of Heart of Shades in a statement said, “Our vision is simple and not even new except the fact that the inner beauty of dominance which was present from the day humans were ever created is seen in a different form as per today’s demand. HOS is eternal and the start-up intend to build a legacy brand and a luxury cult every Heart of Shades family member will feel proud to be a part of.”
Launching in 2022 by female entrepreneur Niharika Dolui, Heart of Shades aims to become the first ever India made hardcore luxury cosmetics brand and claims its competitors will be Charlotte Tilbury, Bobby Brown among others.
