Barcelona opens new stores in Bhopal, Visnagar

Menswear brand Barcelona has opened new exclusive brand outlets in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh and Visnagar, Gujarat. The brand has opened numerous stores so far this year as part of its fast-paced brick-and-mortar expansion. 

“The new Barcelona store is now open in Bhopal to offer the best of men’s fashion,” announced the brand on Facebook on May 10. “Visit the latest store and discover the summer essential wardrobe staples and more.”
 
The Bhopal store is located at Bawdiya Kala and opened with a range of exclusive in-store discounts for shoppers. The store features the brand’s full range of casual to formal wear with both western and fusion wear designs. A wide range of coloured t-shirts and polo shirts features along one wall and both denim and shirts have dedicated areas in the outlet. 

Barcelona’s new store in Visnagar opened inside the Silver Beach Complex on May 9, the brand announced on Facebook. The store also launched with the brand’s summer 2023 collection and the spacious interior has a minimal, industrial style design. 
 
Jaimin Gupta launched Barcelona in Ahmedabad in 2015. The brand received a Rs 5 crore equity-free capital investment from GetVantage in April this year and plans to use the funding to fuel its brick-and-mortar expansion across India. 
 
Barcelona currently counts over 130 exclusive brand outlets across India in over 70 cities and plans to open 50 new stores this financial year, Indian Retailer Bureau reported. The brand is also gearing up to launch its initial public offering in the near future.
