Barcelona opens new menswear store in Pune

Menswear brand Barcelona has opened a new exclusive brand outlet in Pune, launching with a range of exclusive discounts for shoppers. The store houses the brand’s summer 2023 collection, featuring both casual and semi-formal designs. 

“Get ready Pune,” announced Barcelona on Facebook, sharing images of the new store. “From sophisticated suits to casual wear, we’ve got you covered. Come explore the latest collection- Shop no 108, first floor Nawu imperio… Gahunje, Pune.”
 
Barcelona has opened a significant number of stores across India so far this year. Just last week, the brand opened exclusive brand outlet stores in Visnagar and Bhopal and other recent store openings include in Nawada, Dapoli, and Kota, and Mahoba. 

Barcelona currently counts over 130 exclusive brand outlets across India in over 70 cities and plans to open 50 new stores this financial year, Indian Retailer Bureau reported. The brand has also stated that it is also gearing up to launch its initial public offering in the near future. 
 
Jaimin Gupta launched Barcelona in 2015 in Ahmedabad. The brand received a Rs 5 crore equity-free capital investment from GetVantage in April this year and plans to use the funding to fuel its brick-and-mortar expansion across India.
