Avantra by Trends opens first North India store in Lucknow, fifth Bengaluru store coming soon

Avantra by Trends has opened its first store in North India in Lucknow. Reliance Retail’s clothing and accessories brand will also soon add another store in Bengaluru, which will be its fifth in the metro. 

Avantra by Trends’ new store in Lucknow is located in the city’s Lulu Mall in Golf City, Indian Retailer Bureau reported. By entering the North India market, Avantra by Trends aims to connect with new customers and continue to work towards its vision of being available in both metros and Tier 1, 2, and 3 cities across India. 
 
“We’re rapidly expanding across Namma Bengaluru,” Avantra by Trends announced on Facebook. “Avantra is super thrilled to introduce a new store in the city.” The business has its main concentration of stores in Bengaluru. 

Fashion and lifestyle giant Reliance Retail launched Avantra by Trends in September, 2021 as a women’s ethnic wear brand specialising in sarees. The brand has opened flagship stores in locations including Bengaluru, Kochi, Shimoga, and Mangaluru and plans to continue to expand its retail footprint across the country. 
 
Avantra by Trends aims to promote regional Indian weaves and has collaborated with regional weaving clusters as well as third-party brands, such as Nalli Silks and Pothys. The business has also expanded its product offering from its initial selection of clothing to include jewellery, accessories, and tailoring services.
