Named creative director of Poiray last December, Aurélie Bidermann has now revealed her first collection for the jewellery house. The French designer chose to revisit the heart, a favorite theme and a signature symbol of Poiray, in a chic, fresh and colorful new style.

For this first collection as Poiray creative director, Aurélie Bidermann has revisited the heart, a long-standing signature of the brand. This symbol of union and love also evokes the love-at-first-sight creative relationship between the jewellery brand and the French designer.

After the Coeur Entrelacé, the Coeur Fil and the Coeurs Perlés -- three iconic Poiray creations -- Aurélie Bidermann has designed a new "L'Attrape-Coeur" collection. This new heart design has an interlaced gold detail on the front and a plain rear.

This new design is available in several shades, including blue, pink and white. The creative director has chosen four different gemstones -- turquoise, opal, lapis-lazuli and diamond -- matched with 18-karat yellow gold, 18-karat pink gold or 18-karat white gold. Some models are also set with diamonds.

Aurélie Bidermann's first collection for Poiray includes necklaces, bracelets, earrings and rings.

As well as this collection for Poiray, the jewellery designer has her own jewellery brand, worn by fashion icons including Beyoncé, Marion Cotillard and Emma Watson.
