Asia Wedding Fair to hold Mangalore edition in January

Bridal fashion and accessories shopping fair Asia Wedding Fair will hold its fourth edition in Mangalore from January 23 to 24 at the TMA Pai Convention Centre.

 
The business-to-customer event will feature wedding themed product categories including trousseau items, bridal wear, ethnic wear, fine jewellery, fashion jewellery, gift items, cosmetics, and wedding planning services among others. Designed to be a one-stop-shop for weddings, the shopping fair aims to give brands in the bridal fashion industry the opportunity to reach new customers in Mangalore.
 
The shopping fair will take place with social distancing measures in place including compulsory mask wearing, it announced on Facebook. The pandemic may be showing few signs of slowing down but small to mid-scale shopping events across India have almost resumed as before, giving brands a much needed chance to begin recovery. 

The Asia Wedding Fair is organised jointly with the Asia Jewels Fair and the Asia Fashion Fair and focuses on India-based brands. Its main customer demographic is middle-class women. 
 
The event also holds editions in Mysore and Bangalore. Asia Wedding Fair has another edition planned for February 26 to 28 at the JW Marriott hotel in Bangalore. The event will feature a similar brand and product selection to its Mangalore edition for the winter/ spring wedding season with more details to follow.
