Asa expands cosmetics range and distribution network
Recently launched Indian beauty brand Asa has expanded its distribution network and launched on multi-brand makeup platform Nykaa. The brand has also added a number of new products to its offering.
Beauty brand Asa has joined hundreds of Indian and international brands on e-commerce platform Nykaa, the brand announced on Facebook. The launch will introduce the brand to a wide range of new customer demographics across the country.
Asa also recently added to its maiden range of beauty products including lipsticks, concealers, mascaras, and lip and cheek tints with two new launches: a finishing powder and a powder foundation, the brand announced in a press release. As part of Asa’s ‘Refillable Programme’, both products come in refillable packaging with the aim of cutting down on waste on future purchases.
Asa’s powder foundation is enriched with vitamins and ingredients include argan oil, kokum butter, and evening primrose oil, among others, with six shades available. The finishing powder is made from green tea leaf extract and avocado oil and both products are formulated for Indian skin tones and types.
Asha Jindal Khaitan launched Asa with the aim of reducing waste in the beauty industry and promoting the use of natural ingredients. The brand also retails from its dedicated e-commerce store, which recently launched with free shipping across India.
