The company’s revenue for the quarter rose to Rs 1,962 crore as against Rs 1,793 crore in the year-ago quarter with the textile segment contributing Rs 1,648 crore to its overall revenue.

Arvind's total expenses for the quarter were Rs 1,900 crore. Arvind Ltd said that the results are not comparable with the previous year's period because of the demerger of its branded apparel to Arvind Fashions Ltd.

Commenting on the outlook, the company added, "Expect revenue to grow by about 9-10 percent and maintain EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization) margin at around 10 percent for the full year.”

Arvind Limited is a leading player in India’s textile and apparel market. It owns several private labels and licenses for international brands in India.
